The questions business owners actually ask before starting an AI engagement.

Pricing & Investment

Pricing & Investment

Every engagement is fixed-price, scoped before work begins. An AI Quick Start runs $3,000–$5,000 for a single automation deployed in 2–4 weeks. A Technology Audit is $8,000–$15,000. Full fixed-price projects run $25,000–$80,000 depending on complexity. You’ll know the exact cost before signing — no hourly billing, no overruns, no surprise invoices.

We use AI-assisted development tooling that lets senior engineers build at 2-3x the speed of traditional development. You get the same architectural quality and oversight at 40-70% of the cost. We pass the efficiency gains directly to the client.

The 12-month warranty covers all bug fixes and issues from our deliverables at no additional cost. After that, ongoing feature development or system expansion is scoped as a separate engagement. We don't lock you into maintenance contracts.

Every fixed-price engagement includes: discovery assessment, functional specification, all development work, testing & QA, deployment & go-live support, knowledge transfer & documentation, and a 12-month warranty on all deliverables.

Ongoing feature development beyond the original scope (scoped as a separate engagement), third-party license fees, hardware procurement, and legacy system maintenance unless explicitly scoped. We're transparent about boundaries so there are no surprises.

Process & Timeline

Process & Timeline

Most engagements run 8-14 weeks from signed specification to production deployment. Discovery and specification take 2-4 weeks, development takes 4-8 weeks, and testing plus deployment take 2-3 weeks.

The specification phase exists specifically to prevent scope changes. We document every requirement, every integration point, and every acceptance criterion before quoting. If we missed something in the spec, that's on us — no additional charge. If you want to add new features mid-project, we scope those as a change order with a fixed price.

No. We write specifications in plain language with visual diagrams. You'll always know what's being built, when it ships, and how to verify it works. Our job is to translate your operational needs into technical reality — not to make you learn ours.

Technical

Technical

No. We build on your existing infrastructure — your ERP, your CRM, your POS, your databases. No rip-and-replace. No new platforms to learn. The best AI integration is invisible to the people it helps.

We're stack-agnostic. We use whatever integrates best with your existing systems. Our team has deployed on AWS, GCP, Azure, and on-premises environments. We work with modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Node.js, Python) and integrate with legacy systems through APIs, database connectors, and custom middleware.

Every engagement includes a security review as part of the testing phase. We follow industry best practices for data encryption, access control, and audit logging. For regulated industries, we work within your compliance requirements (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI-DSS) and can accommodate on-premises deployment if required.

No. We automate the work that doesn't require your team's expertise so they can focus on the work that does. The goal is leverage, not headcount reduction. Your people have judgment no AI model can match.

Industries & Use Cases

Industries & Use Cases

We deploy AI systems across retail & e-commerce, transportation & logistics, construction, professional services, food & hospitality, and manufacturing. The common thread is operational businesses with specific, measurable processes that benefit from automation. If your business doesn't fall neatly into these industries but you think your operations could benefit from AI optimization and automation, reach out to us.

We build specific systems that solve specific problems — not generic chatbots. Examples include: predictive maintenance systems, demand forecasting engines, automated billing platforms, computer vision quality inspection, document processing pipelines, and workflow automation. Every system is custom-built for your operation and integrated with your existing stack.

Yes. We've published case studies including a 3PL billing modernization (10 weeks, $55K, 63% savings vs competitor quotes) and a vehicle inventory management platform (9 weeks, $44K, 22.5 hrs/week saved). See our case studies for full details.

AI Readiness

AI Readiness & Getting Started

It's a framework for measuring how effectively a business uses AI — from fully manual operations (Level 1) to autonomous AI systems with human oversight at decision points only (Level 5). Most businesses today are at Level 1 or 2. We use it to diagnose where you are and build a roadmap for where to go. Read the full framework.

If you have structured data in any system — a CRM, an ERP, spreadsheets, a database — you have enough to start. The bottleneck is rarely data volume. It’s usually data accessibility and process documentation. Our AI Quick Start ($3K–$5K) is designed specifically for businesses that aren’t sure where to begin.

It depends on the process, but our clients typically see 40–70% cost reduction on the specific workflows we automate. The vehicle inventory system we built saved 22.5 hours per week of management time. The 3PL billing engine eliminated manual invoice creation entirely. ROI is measured in labor hours recovered, error rates reduced, and throughput increased — not in vague “productivity gains.”

A focused automation (AI Quick Start) deploys in 2–4 weeks. A full workflow automation project takes 8–14 weeks. The businesses that take years are the ones trying to automate everything at once instead of picking one high-value process and proving it works first.

A chatbot answers questions when a human asks. We build systems that do work without being asked — generating invoices, updating inventory, routing exceptions, producing reports. The difference is between a tool that assists and a system that executes. Our systems run autonomously with human oversight at decision points only.
